How to Eat to Live- 2023

 At the end of 2022, I was diagnosed with diabetes and was immediately given insulin injections to bring my A1C down.   I have a family history of diabetes but lived all my adult life with the threat of it lingering over me, but I controlled it with diet and watching what I eat. The ending of 2022 and the beginning of 2023 have changed my life substantially. So this year will be a journey and blogging about dishes that teach us how to eat to live.
